BIO-RESET Therapy

My name’s Tim Collins, I’m an ex Physiotherapist offering a hands on therapy which brings healing to the body, emotional and nervous system.

It is a hands on therapy combining, fascia release, body de-armoring, and energy work.

The therapy works on the physical structure, thenervous system and the energetic channels.

It releases deeply held tension. It also brings the system back into balance and harmony.

Im am originally trained in Physiotherapy, fascia therapy, Chinese abdominal organ massage, Reiki, Body De-armoring, Chinese elemental massage, Pranic healing, Water Flow and No Hands techniques.

REAQUAINT - CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

REaqaint is a conscious movement practice that harmonizes the nervous system and opens the heart.

  • Grounding and self soothing

  • Opens our hearts

  • Puts you deeper in touch with your body

  • Slows you down in a fast paced world

It uses gentle movement, acupressure, primitive reflexes along with nurturing self touch.

If you’re down, it brings you up. If you’re up it brings you down - homeostasis. 

It draws on my experience as a Physiotherapist, somatic body worker, pranic energy therapist and conscious dance facilitator. 

It’s about slowing down to meet your adrenal and nervous system exactly where it’s at.

REaquaint re-establishes a connection with the body which we have lost. 

Using simple techniques of self touch and movement, we slowly bring ourselves in to harmony and regulation.

It’s is a combination of:

  • Conscious Movement and body awareness

  • Acupressure done with corresponding visualization 

  • Nurturing self touch

  • Parasympathetic (rest and digest) activities and postures 

Put simply, we learn how to, once again, hear our bodies needs, and respond accordingly.
